This position will build and help drive the end-to-end strategy, design briefing, and commercialization of seasonal apparel collections, collaborating with design, development to deliver consumer-right products. They analyze market trends, manage product lifecycles, and align with financial goals to create, drive, and execute successful product lines. . This is not a remote position and will require travel to be present in-office at the Henderson, NV location 3-4 days per week, and various event/office/warehouse locations as needed.RESPONSIBILITIESMust have experience building schedules, always keeping design and development on track.Product Strategy & Creation: Create consumer-right product briefs, build line plans, and guide the product creation process from initial concept to final sample approval.Marketplace Analysis: Analyze competitors, consumer trends, and business metrics bookings, sell-through to make informed, strategic decisions.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with design, development, materials and marketing to ensure timely delivery and innovative apparel creation.Systems Management: Maintain accuracy in data systems, including Visual Line Plans VLPs and product creation tools.Go-to-Market GTM Support: Partner with merchandising on product sell-in, ensuring that the product vision is effectively communicated to sales teams and partners.
