HR Supervisor Role OverviewThe HR Supervisor will play a key role in expanding the Jakarta team as well as supporting the companys rapidly growing TikTok ecommerce operations in Indonesia Youll be at the heart of building and shaping a highperforming team working closely with leadership to drive growthKey Responsibilities Lead endtoend HR functions from hiring to employee management Drive recruitment strategy amp execution for key roles such as Live Streaming Manager KOL Supervisor Content Operations Lead TikTok Manager and other ecommerce roles Oversee fullcycle HR operations talent acquisition payroll performance management amp employee relations Develop and implement HR policies amp processes aligned with local regulations and company culture Support Jakarta office expansion including team structuring and workforce planning Partner with leadership on organizational development amp scaling strategyRequirementsMustHave Bachelors degree in HR Psychology or a related field 46 years of HR experience covering recruitment compensation and HR operations Strong experience hiring within the ecommerce sector eg TikTok Shopee Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Live Stream Leads KOL Managers and Content OperationsNice to Have Experience leading HR or administrative teams Background as an HR Business Partner HRBP or agency recruiter
