Position OverviewAre you ready to take the lead in scaling a fastgrowing ecommerce business Our client a leading ecommerce company is currently seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead the expansion of its TikTokShopee ecommerce team The HR Supervisor will be fully responsible for HR management including recruitment compensation workforce planning and organizational development with a focus on supporting the scaling of TikTok ecommerce operations in the PhilippinesKey Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies focusing on key ecommerce roles such as Live Streaming Manager KOL Manager Content Operations Manager and TikTok Manager Oversee all HR functions including recruitment performance management compensation and benefits and employee relations Design and implement HR policies and processes in compliance with local regulations and company culture Support the establishment and expansion of the Manila office including team building and workforce planning Collaborate with management to drive workforce planning and organizational developmentQualificationsAre you ready to take the lead in scaling a fastgrowing ecommerce businessMustHave Requirements Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Psychology or a related field 58 years of comprehensive HR experience covering recruitment compensation HR operations etc Background in the ecommerce industry with experience recruiting for TikTok Shopee or similar platform roles eg TikTok Live Operations KOL Management Content Operations HostsPreferred Qualifications Experience managing HR and administrative teams Prior experience as a headhunter or HRBP in the ecommerceTikTok industry is highly preferred
