WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOPerform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standardsPerform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service StandardsRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shiftSafely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs from table areas to dish roomKeep all ice bins parred to fullest levels at all timesKeep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shiftClean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staffPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesClean and stock line to par throughout shiftOperate trash compactor per procedures policyEnsure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and linedKeep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odorKeep current on all standard operat
