Work Location Tai SengSalary Range 3500 4500Benefits 020 Monthly Performance Related Pay 2 Monthly Medical Allowance Yearly Salary IncrementJob OverviewWe are seeking a BIM Modeller Plumbing with experience in HDB projects to support our plumbing works The primary focus of this role is on BIM modelling with occasional involvement in basic site coordination tasksKey ResponsibilitiesBIM Modelling Main Scope Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems Produce shop drawings coordination drawings and asbuilt drawings Ensure all models comply with HDB standards and project requirements Coordinate with consultants main contractor and other trades to resolve clashes Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle Support submission drawings and documentationSite Coordination Secondary Scope Provide basic support to the site team when required Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies or coordination issues on siteRequirements Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience plumbing Mandatory HDB project experience Proficient in Revit AutoCAD and BIMrelated software Good coordination and communication skills Able to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications DiplomaDegree in Mechanical Engineering Building Services or a related field Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and submission process
