The Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nationnThis is a rare opportunity to lead operations in New Jerseys highestvolume Cath Lab featuringnn Cuttingedge interventional proceduresn A robust regional cardiogenic shock program n One of the largest structural heart programs in the countryn The largest electrophysiology EP program in the statennWe are expanding from 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs to meet growing demand and continue delivering exceptional carenMonday Fridayn Key Responsibilities of Nurse Manager nn Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughputn Ensure full compliance with federal state and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standardsn Lead recruitment onboarding training and performance management of Cath and EP lab personneln Collaborate closely with physicians nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless highquality patient caren Develop and manage the labs operating and capital budgets identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimizationn Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives including clinical outcomes patient satisfaction and staff engagementn Drive continuous improvement through data analysis benchmarking and adoption of best practices in cardiovascular and electrophysiology caren Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership contributing to strategic planning and service line growthn Champion innovation in cardiovascular care supporting the development and execution of advanced procedures and technologiesn Support and expand the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaborationn Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes and service offeringsn
