THE JOBShoreline Amphitheatre is seeking a show day receptionist who will assist staff guests at live events. The receptionist will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to assist staff with day of show inquiries.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOAnswer inbound calls to help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.Assist guests and staff with any questions or needs.Manage the filing and logging of lost and found itemsSupport various show day projects, often times including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power pointDeliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyaltyAdapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectationsKeep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well
