Job Title Indonesia Logistics Manager DDPDDU BC23 Jakarta Salary NegotiableKey Responsibilities Oversee the overall logistics operations of the Indonesia branch establishing operational processes and standards and coordinating business alignment between China HQ and the Indonesia local team Manage endtoend DDPDDU operations including document review tax and duty calculation customs clearance coordination and lastmile delivery while optimizing cost structures Handle BC23 bonded zone declaration operations to ensure compliant inflowoutflow of bonded goods and maintain close communication with Indonesian Customs and bonded zone authorities Build and manage the local Indonesia operations team including training performance evaluation and daily management Develop and manage local vendor resources such as agents customs brokers trucking companies and warehouses and establish a vendor evaluation system Ensure Indonesia operations comply with local legal and regulatory requirements establish a risk alert mechanism and promptly resolve unexpected issuesKey Requirements Bachelors degree or above preferably in International Trade Logistics Management Customs Affairs or related fields 510 years of logisticssupply chain experience with at least 3 years as a Logistics Manager or equivalent Handson experience in DDPDDU operations and deep understanding of the full process Handson experience in BC23 bonded zone declaration and familiarity with bonded goods inflowoutflow declaration processes Native Indonesian speaker fluent in Chinese and English capable of business negotiations and written communication Local vendor resources agents trucking warehousing preferred Team management experience 3 people Indonesian citizen with legal work eligibility in Indonesia Valid Indonesian drivers license ability to drive and willingness to travel domestically within IndonesiaCompensation amp Benefits Competitive salary based on local Indonesia market rates Clear career path Manager Senior Manager Director Great growth opportunities and autonomy in a newly established branchLocation Jakarta Indonesia
