Job Title Finance DirectorWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to lead our finance function and support the companys next phase of growth The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning reporting compliance cash flow management and providing strategic decision support This is a handson role requiring attention to detail and close collaboration with leadership to drive financial performance and business efficiencyKey Responsibilities Lead the companys overall finance and accounting function Own monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting Prepare budgets forecasts and management reports Monitor cash flow working capital and financial performance Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions Ensure compliance with local tax statutory and regulatory requirements Manage audits financial controls and risk management processes Develop and improve financial systems processes and internal controls Partner with department heads on budgeting cost control and performance tracking Support fundraising banking investor reporting or board reporting where applicable Lead mentor and develop the finance teamRequirements Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field CPA ACCA CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred 8 years of progressive financeaccounting experience with leadership responsibility Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and compliance Experience in managing audits tax matters and internal controls Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business decisions Experience with ERPaccounting systems and advanced Excelfinancial modeling Prior experience in a fastgrowing company SME or regional business is a plusPreferred Qualifications Experience in Singapore finance and regulatory environment Experience working with senior leadership or boardlevel reporting Background in scaling finance operations and improving processesWhat We Offer Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing business High ownership and direct exposure to strategic decisionmaking Collaborative and fastpaced working environment Competitive compensation and benefitsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
