Overview Job Summary The Infection Preventionist IP is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the hospitals Infection Prevention and Control Program. The IP conducts surveillance, identifies and investigates healthcare-associated infections, and ensures accurate reporting through NHSN and state systems.
