VR Experience Associate Gaming amp Customer ServiceWork Location Orchard Central SingaporeSalary Range 2500 3500Responsibilities Welcome customers and assist with bookings and enquiries Introduce VR games and guide customers on equipment usage Ensure VR stations and gaming equipment are properly set up and operational Provide basic troubleshooting support during gameplay Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet and equipment Recommend suitable VR experiences based on customer preferences Handle cashiering and payment transactions Support daily outlet operations including opening and closing duties Deliver professional and positive customer service experiencesRequirements Interest in gaming VR technology or customer service Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers in a fastpaced environment Able to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays Responsible proactive and willing to learn Prior experience in retail customer service gaming entertainment or hospitality is an advantage Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience
