Senior Client Growth Manager Nativex Seoul South Korea RemoteAbout Nativex Nativex is a leading digital marketing agency with global coverage offering user acquisition automation tools KOL marketing services and creative customization capabilities As part of the Mobvista Group Nativex operates in 14 locations worldwide serving over 3000 brands and apps across more than 60 countriesRole Overview The Senior Client Growth Manager is responsible for identifying prioritizing and closing new clients to meet company revenue and gross profit objectives This role involves engaging with marketing managers and executives from top mobile advertisers leading the sales effort across the entire funnel and selling mobile advertising solutions through a consultative approachKey Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute client pitching and proposal delivery processes Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth and revenue targets Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Identify opportunities for upselling crossselling and expanding services Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service Coordinate with Legal Finance and Marketing teams to ensure compliance and resolve salesrelated issues Represent Nativex at industry events trade shows and meetings with partners and potential clientsJob Requirements Bachelors degree preferably with a concentration in brand planning marketing or advertising Strong communication skills in English andor Chinese Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising within marketing advertising or agency environments Established relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad sector or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a digital media agency role Experience and relationships in enterpriselevel sales within the gaming industry are highly desirable Proven consultative sales skills Ability to thrive in a startup environment and perform under stress Solid knowledge of digital strategy creative strategy and expertise in SocialDisplay advertising
